Thanks for the great information! I can now see all the things I am doing wrong. I am not a very good planner. I really need to make a bigger effort to plan ahead. And of course now I want a body bugg more then ever!!!

Hi! I recently got a BB to try to help me lose the last 10lbs. I found I was severely underestimating my calorie burn, and therefore was eating WAYYY too little. The Turbo Jam series helped be lose 75lbs; I have since gained 10lbs back and I’m currently trying to get those off again. I’ve had the bugg for 3 weeks and no weight loss, but I’m also adjusting to trying to eat more (over 600 cals per day than I’m used!) Thanks for all your motivation!!
