Ingredients  
5 oz. cleaned Shrimp, Tails Removed
1 Clove of Garlic, Sliced
1 Cup Jarred Tomato Sauce
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
½ Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1 Cup whole Wheat Linguini, Measured After cooking

1 cup of chopped tomatoes
1 large Avocado diced
